The following business was trans acted in regular form: Order of County Judge renewing the Mother's Pension of Mrs. Minnie Mason approved by the Board. Resignation of C. C. Bucknell, as sessor for Greenwood precinct, filed and accepted. Application of James Warga, guar dian of John Warga, mentally in competent, for authority to sell Lot 1 in the SKM of NW of Sec. 13-12- 13, containing 1.83 acres, filed with the Board and the sale of said real estate was approved by the Board. The County Clerk was Instructed to publish advertisement for bids for books, stationery and supplies for the year 1926 as provided In Section 1014, 1922 Statutes, one Insertion in the official paper. Claims Refused Claim of C. L. Stull for refund of part of 1924 real estate taxes to the amount of $12.24. paid under pro test. Tax Receipt No. 8949 on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Young & Hays Add. and Lots 4, 5, 6 and 9, Block 84, City of Plattsmouth, for reason of excess valuation, was refused by the Board, as the valuation was a matter of adjustment by the County Board of Equalization. .
