Application of James Warga, guar

competent, for authority to sell Lot

13, containing 1.83 acres, filed with
the Board and the sale of said real
estate was approved by the Board.
The County Clerk was Instructed
to publish advertisement for bids for
books, stationery and supplies for
the year 1926 as provided In Section
1014, 1922 Statutes, one Insertion in
the official paper.

Claim of C. L. Stull for refund of
part of 1924 real estate taxes to the
amount of $12.24. paid under pro
test. Tax Receipt No. 8949 on Lots
