rand girl who ran away from home

of getting married, was found at a

town the couple was supposed to have
gone. The girl went home with her
father and it was announced that he
had become reconciled to his daugh
ter's desired marriage with young
Durham.
The pair first attempted to elope
Tuesday, hut were caught. The girl
left home again Wednesday and was
met at Smithfleld by her would-be bus
band, who took her to the farm house
to hide her. She telephoned friends
of her whereabouts and they notified
her fa'her.
