The chief credit for the fame achieved by Nebraska university on the gridiron In the past three years is due to the
Cornhuskers' football mentor, Walter C. Booth. Mr. Booth, although a type of the Ideal football warrior. Is, first of
all. a gentleman. His return to Nebraska university as coach for the next two years gives reasonable assurance that
the fame of the Cornhuskers in the world of college athletics will lose none of i ts lustre.
Mr. Booth will leave for the east after the holidays, which fact will prevent him from being a candidate for mayor
in the spring, and which also will make the running much easier for the aspirants for the office.
