Mrs. Stoutenborough was the speaker and her subject, "The Mother's Influence" was eDJoyed by a large num ber of women. Mrs. A. S. Tibbatts gave a large heart party Saturday. No prizes were award ed. but eachcuest was presented with a rote. The refreshments were elegant Mrs. P. W. Hill, Miss Tibbets and Miss Nora Miller assisted the hostess. The afternoon passed very pleasantly in making ar rangements for an old fashioned party to be given sometime during the holi days. Mrs. D. D.
