Mr. W. B. Ogden left Lincoln for the
east on Wednesday, after disposing of
his partnership in the firm of Funke
and Ogden to the senior member. The
departure of this fine and loyal gentle
man from Lincoln is a poignant regret
to all who have enjoyed his courteous
friendship. Mr. Ogden has lived and
labored in Lincoln for fifteen years.
His willingness to serve a friend and the
old fashioned value he placed upon
friendship has been an inspiration to
the members of the, in reality, small
circle which surrounds every man. But
even Mr. Ogden's casual acquaintances
will miss the rare courtesy and unfailing
generosity which characterized his com
merce with them. Ab soon as he de
cides upon a location and disposes of
hie house here, his family will follow
him.
