These reports will be'publishnd in the official proceedings of the biennial. Sincerely yours, Rebecca D' Lowe. The first announcement of the pro gram of the General Federation of Wo man's Clubs, to be held in Milwaukee in June, is made this week. Several items of the program will be of special inter est, as, for instance, the report of the re organization committee Tuesday after noon, which sounds harmless, and yet really means that the federation as it now stands may go to pieces, and organ ize on another basis.
