Mrs. Campbell and Mr. Burnham sang The Rosebush. Paul Campbell played a spinted bag pipe tune on the piano. Mr. Burnham's smooth melodious tenor and Mrs. Campbell's thrilling contralto with the lyric accompainment of the harp touched ijy Mrs. Wurzburg'a musicianly fingers filled the afternoon with unforgotten music. Refreshments were served by Miss Burnham and Miss Lewis, the latter, Mrs. Burnham's niece just arrived from Kentucky. As the two beautiful young girls moved about among the lilies and roses bending in the tall vases, half remembered lines about the fragrance, grace and melody of youth blended with the strains of Schubert's Serenade which the room still held.
