Alpha Theta Chis gave a smoke to the
Phi Kappa Psi fraternity at the chapter
house on Thursday night.
Richard Morgan died at his home in
Tobias with typhoid fever. Mr. Morgan
was a student of the state university.

Mre.fGeorge Cross of Fairbury visited
the city for a few days this week. Mrs.
Cross is on her way to Marshall Town to

the Grand hotel, Wednesday evening,
in honor of Mies Adameon of Rodgers,
Arkansas. Music and gameB occupied
thr greater part of the evening. The
