The third meeting of the Matinee Musicalo was held on Monday afternoon. The attendance was largo and several nw members were elected. The first artist recital for the season waa announced to occur on the evening of November 14th and will take the place of the regular afternoon meet ing. Admission to the members will be by membership ticket. The concert will be given by a vocal quartotte from the musical club of Topeka. One of the ladies is a tine solo singer and one a vio linist nud an attractive program will be presented. At the conclusion of the business seesion an interesting program was enjoyed. Mrs. Campbell's report of the meeting of directors of the General Federation of Musical clubs, was followed by a pap er by Mrs. John Doane on '-The Dramat ic in Music."
