action pending before him, wherein Wil
liam J. Robinson is plaintiff, and Rus
sell J. Brydon id defendant; that proparty
of the defendant, consisting of house
hold goods located at 1936 J street, Lin
coln, Nebraska, has been attached under
said order and M. Ackerman A Company
have been garnishee!. Said cause was
