The mu3lcale given by the Bucyrua club Thursday evening drew a large and very appreciative Audience at V.he Curtice hail. The performance was a pleasant surprise to roost of those who heard the club for the flrst time Eincs the existence of such clubs lla not apt to be taken seriously until after their first concert. The Bucyrus club, however, was able to demonstrate that a mando lin club needs neither extensive adver tising nor a large record of concerts given In order to presen'. a pleasing program. The members of the club are apparently quite versatile elnoe all but one of the sololhsts lasf night were from thMr nira ranks. Miss -Maud Oakley sang the "Sun shine Song" by Greig In a most pleasing OTt'.nna?. shA K-i a. voice that is even and remarkably rich for a soprano. She , is one of Lincoln's most promising vo- , cailsts and she is more i.nan xnis since ; her vocal ability is no more a promise than a realisation. ipi.5 " f'iiirlKi dft Concert" was well K rendered by Silence Dales, a young vio- " linlsx Ot consiaeraim; hjivjji.
