wherein Charles H. Morrill as receiver
of the Nebraska Saving's bank of Lin

A. Hughes et a!., defendants, I will, at
2 o'clock p. m., on the 23d day of June,

publican convention, leaving Lincoln
about 3:20 p. m., June 15, via. Missouri
Pacific
