There is now due on said note and mortgage the sum of 82,030. with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent per annum .from the 1st day of Mav, 1894, for which sum the plaintiff prays for a decree; that the defendants be required to pay the same, or that said premises bo sold to satisfy the amount found due.
