Hutchins and Charles H. Hutcbins to The Clark & Leonard Investment Company dated July 3. 1S89, to secure the payment of a promis sory note of said Jane G, Hutchins and Charles 11. Hutchins to said The Clark & Leonard In vestment Company for $8,000 on which there is now due $&S5.22 with interest from July 1, 1891, at 10 per cent per annum pursuant'to coupons: also a mortgage on the north half of lot 3 in block 22 in the city of Lincoln in said county made by Jane G. Hutchins and Charles H. Hutchins dated November 30, 1SS9. to secure the payment of a promissory note of said Jane O. Hutchins and Charles H, Hutcbins to said The Clark fc Leonard Investment Company for $3000 on which there is now duo $8923.06 with interest from June 1. 1891, at 10 per cent per an num. Plaintiff and the Philadelphia Mortgage and Trust Company pray for a decree of foreclosure and sale of said land to satisfy said liens as aforesaid, for the appointment of a receiver, for deficiency judgment and general relief.
