and testament of Frederick Dahsen de

said instrument, and for the appoint
ment of Elizabeth Dahsen as executrix
that on the 12th day of March, 1895, at 9
o'clock a. m.t said petition and the proof
of the execution ot said instrument will
be heard, and that if you do not then
appear and contest, said court may pro
bate and record the same, and grant ad
ministration of the estate to Elizabeth
Dahsen.

12, 1690, at tho rate of ten per cent per
annum.
A mortgage on tho north half of block
number 7 and all of lots 21, 22, 23 and 24
in block number 6 in Maplewood Addi
tion aforesaid, made by James S. Small
to William M. Clark, dated October 12,
1889, to secure the payment of 48 prom
issory notes of said Small to said Clark
for 813.50 each, on which there is now
duo S751.63 with interest from October
12, 1890, at the rate of ten per cent per
annum.
A mortgage on all of block number
8 in Maplewood Addition aforesaid,
made by James S. Small to William M.
Clark, dated October 12, 1889, to secure
the payment of 99 prornisEory notes of
said Small to said Clark for the Bum of
81350 each, on which there is now due

num. Plaintiff prays for decree of foreclos
