Clark, dated October 12, 1SS9, to secure the payment of 18 prom issory notes of said Small to said Clark for 13.50 each, on which there is now due 8751.G3 with interest from October 12, 1890, at the rate of ten per cent per annum. A mortgago on all of block number 8 in Maplewood Addition aforesaid, made by James S. Small to William M. Clark, dated October 12, 1889, to secure the payment of 99 promissory notos of said Small to said Clark for tho sum of 813.50 each, on which there is now due S1501.93 with interest from October 12, 1890, at the rate of ten per cent per an num.
