his wife, non-resident defendants will
take notice- that on tho 18th day of May
1894, Alexander Lederer and Moses
Strauss, plaintiffs herein, tiled their
petition in tho district court of Lancas
ter county, Nebraska, against said defen
dants, impleaded with others, tho object
and prayer of which aro to foreclose a
certain mortgago executed by Wallace
G. Keim and Minnio F. Keim, upon lot
10 in bloc G in East Park addition to
tho city of Lincoln, Lancaster county,
Nebraska, to securo tho payment of a
certain note and coupons for tho sum of
8550 and interest, upon which there is
now due the sum of $550 and interest
from July 10 1889 at 8 per cent. Plain
tiffs pray for a decree that the defen
dants be required to pay the same or
that said premises be sold to satisfy said
sum. interest and costs, that the defen
dants bo foreclosed and barred of all
title or interest in said premises and for
