Leavitt Coal Company duly incorporated with its principal placcof business at Lincoln, Nebraska, and the general nature of the business to bo transacted was dealing in coal and all kinds of fuel and th hold ing of such real estate as might be necessary to properly carry on said business. The capital stock of said company is ten thousand dollars (61000); seventy five per cent (75) per cent of said 6tock to be paid in at the time of commencement of business; the balance of said capital stock to be paid in at the call of the directors. Said company shall commence busin ess ou the 17th day of January, 1895, and continue for a period of ten years (10) or until the 17th day or January, 1905.
