of a chattel mortgage, dated on the 1st
day of August, 1893, and duly tiled in
the office of the county clerk of Lancas
ter county, Nebraska, ou the first day of
August, 1S93, and executed by James
Sexton to P. L. Wing to secure the pay
ment of the sum of $26.80, with interest,
and upon which there is now due the
sum of $33.50; default having been made
in the payment of said sum. and no suit
or other proceeding at law having been
instituted to recover said debt or any
part thereof, therefore I will sell tho
