are hereby notified that I will sit at the

to .receive and examine all claims
against said estate with a view to
their adjustment and al
lowance. The time limited for the pre
sentation of claims against said estate is
six months from the 2nd day of Febru
ary A. D. 18, and the time limited for
payment of debts is one year from said
2nd day of February 1895.

on October 31, 1894, The Philadelphia Mortgage
& Trust Company, as plaintiff, began an action
against yon and other defendant in tho dis
trict court of Lancaster county, Nebraska, the
object of which is to foreclose a certain mort
gage on the following land in said county,
to-wit: Lot number IS in block number 1 in
Kennard's Addition to the city of Lincoln made
by Benedict Weber and Lizzie Weber dated
December 10, 1888, to secure tho payment of a
Lromissory note of said Benedict Weber and
izzie Weber to The Clark & Leonard Com
pany for $600 on which there is now duo SMJ7.20
with interest from Decomber 1. 1693, at 10 per
cent per annum. Plaintiff prays for decree of
foreclose and sale of said land to satisfy said
liens as aforesaid, for deficiency judgment and
general reliof.
You are required to answer plaintiffs petition
on or before the 21st day of January, 1695.
