You are hereby notified that on July 13, 1394,
. D. York and Everett R. York, as plaintiffs.
Ivgan an action against you aud othor defen
dants in the district court of Lancaster county,
Nebraska, to object of which is to foreclose a
certain mortgage on the following lind in said
county, to-wit: Lot number IB in block num
ber 27 in Kinney's O street addition to the city
of Lincoln, and in said action on July 20, 1594,
tho defendant, Tho Clark & Leonard Invest
ment Company, filed its answer and cross-petition
to foreclose its interest in a certain mort
gage on said land made by Ada K. Small and
James S. Small dated July 1, 1S92, to secure tho
payment of a promissory noto of said Ada K.
Small and James S. Small to said The Clark
& Leonard Investment Company for $65(10 on
which there is now duo $759 with interest from
July 1. IK), at 10 per cent per nnnum pur
suant to coupons to Tho Clark & Leonard In
vestment Company. The Clark t Leonard In
vestment Company prays for decree of foreclos
ure and sain of said land to satisfy said liens
as aforesaid, for deficiency judgment and
general relief.

To William S. Ring, non-resident defendant:
You are hereby notified that on October 27,
1594, Frank L. Sheldon, as plaintiff, began an
action against you and other defendants in the
district court of Lancaster county. Nebraska,
the object of which is to forclosea certain
mortgage on tho following land in said county,
to-wit: Lot Sin block 9 in South Park Addi
tion to Lincoln mado by Jonathan R. Ding and
Louisa J. Mine dated January 27, 1S90, to secure
tho payment of two promissory notes of said
Jonathan It. Hing and Louisa J. Bing to said
Sheldon for $100 each n which there is now
dne $200 with interest from November 17, ta93,
at 10 per cent per annum. Plaintiff prays for
decree of foreclosure and sale of said land to
satisfy said liens as aforesaid, for deficiency
judgment and general relief.
