Horton, dated October '29, 1885, to secure the payment of a promissory note of said J. B. Horton to one Wm. M. Clark, trustee for 1935 on which there is now due 81,103.30 with interest from April 29, 1891 at ten per cent per annum pursuant to coupons. Plaintiff prays for a decree -of foreclosure and sale of said land to satisfy said liens as aforesaid for deficiency judgement and gen eral relief.
