tural report of 1893. Tho typo shall bo
small pica, and the quality and weight of
paper in cover shall bo fifty pounds. Work
to bo completed and delivered to tho otlice
of tho secretary ot state within sixty days
from tho awarding of tho contract. The
right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
Each proposal must bo accompanied by a
bond in the sum of $500.

known, defendants, will take notice that on
the 80th day of January, 1891, S. Morgan
Barber, first real name unknown, plaintiff
herein, filed "his petition in the district
court of Lancaster county, Nebraska,
against said defendants, the object and
prayer of which are to forceless a certain
mortgage executed by the defendants to
the Mead State bank, and by it sold, trans
ferred and assigned to the above named
plaintiff, upon lots numbered eighteen (18)
and nineteen (19) in block numbered ten
(10) Junction Place addition to the citj of
Lincoln, Lancaster county, Nebraska, to
secure the payment of a certain promissory
note dated July 1, JSS9 for the sum of b
hundred (SG0O.0O) dollars, and duo and pay
able in five (5) years from the date thereof.
That there is now due upon said notes and
mortgage and taxes paid, the sum of seven
hundred, thirty-eight and fifty-sixth one
hundredths ($7.'SS.5G) dollars, for which sum.
with interest from this date, plaintiff prays
for a decree that defendants be required to
pay the same-anu that said premises may
be'sold to satisfy the amount found due.
You are required to answer said petition
on or before the 2d"dav of July, 1801.
