If you will come and see you will buy. , Mid City Addition to Council Bluffs on the high ground north of the Water Works Plant on Broadway. , . Within a stone's throw of the business section of Omaha. The short way of three blocks to street car. Street car time to 9th and Douglas 4 5 minutes; to 14th and Farnam Streets, 7 minutes. Bridge toll to pedestrians 1 cent; car fare 5 cents on commutation tickets. Walk to business section of Omaha is shorter than walk to street car from many outlying addi tions and the street car time one-fourth to one-tenth' as great. ; . . . ' Time is money. Why spend 60 to 100 minutes a day nn street cars when 10 to 15 minutes is suffi cient? The value of time saved in a year equals the price of a lot. Prices: $150.00 to $325.00 the lot. Terms: $4.00 to $6.00 cash, and $4.00 to $6.00 a month. It is the. last chance to get a close-in lot at such prices and terms, for it is the last close-in tract left. Why not start now and lay away something each month and soon own a clear lot? No man or woman ever regretted starting to acquire a part of the earth. Building restrictions just enough to make it desirable for homes of moderate cost or to hold for advance in price. Sale on the ground Saturday. May 27th and two days following 9 A. M. till night.
