vention in San Francisco, will be in
Omaha two hours this afternoon and
will be taken for a 29-mile drive as

49 Realtors Sign Rules
of Listing Exchange
Fortynine realtors have now sign
ed the rules and regulations of the
multiple listing exchange of the
Omaha Real Estate board, and more
have agreed , to sign tin's week.
Twenty-eight signed last week and
21 signed the week before.
This exchange will be put in op
eration early in June. It is a system
whereby every exclusive listing of
ith
real estate will be exchanged
every member of the exchange.
The listing agent's obligation to ad
vcrtise the property and otherwise
make an effort to sell it will remain
as it is under the single system, ac
cording to officers of the Real Estate
board.
"It means better service to both
the bujacr and the seller," Chairman
Walsh says. "The seller will have
more buyers, and the buyer will have
more sellers."
