If worst comes to worst, Mr. liurr declared, the farmer can take care of himself by living on the products of his farm. The speaker staled that whereas the farmer of a few years atro could rely on the increase in the price of his land to help him out, today it was up to the farmer to make production carry itself and yield a profit. Mr. liurr explained that farmer nr KJiiization was as necessary as the organization of any other kind of labor in order to secure mote equal return for labor involved in pro duction.
