Entire Lions Club Joins Concert Club The power and influence of music! were demonstrated yesterday when George V. Campbell, chairman of the City Concert club membership committee, introduced a new sons hook at the Lions club luncheon and immediately signed up the members of the Lions organizations in the mu sical association, 100 per cent strong. The Association Male chorus of .16 voices also has joined the Con cert chit as individual members, and under the leadership of the presi dent, C. A. Gcarish. is working, to make the Concert club membership drive a success. "The Association Male chorus stands ready to back the work of the City Concert club to the limit." Mr. Gcarish said. "The Concert club is doing1 a wonderful work hi furnishing music to the city and is deserving the support of every per son in Omaha." While no figures were available yesterday, it was stated by those in charge of the drive that they were meeting with an enthusiastic recep tion and that the campaign would he "over the top" by the end of the week.
