Universal Motor Building to Be Finished by June 15 The building beta erected at the southeast corner of Twenty-first and Leavenworth streets for the Univer sal Motor company under the super vision of L. P. Campbell will be ready for occupancy by June 15, ac cording to Mr. Campbell s office. The contractors are now ready to pour concrete for the first floor walls. The building will be two stories high, 132x111. The Universal Mo tor company, which ' now handles Ford car only, will handle the Lin coln at this location as well as the Ford. Gate City Iron Works Buys Seward Street Trackage The Gate City Iron works, now lo cated at 2814 Cuming, has purchased from the E. H. Benner company a trackage at 1018-20 Seward street and will erect a new building there, according to E. S. Pickens, head of the firm.
