Mr. Stefansson in 1919 received the Hubbard gold med al from the organization for potable exploration. Commerce and Labor Supply Bill Passed Washington, Feb. 25. Without an amendment of consequence, the ap propriation bill carrying approxi mately ?25.3uO.OOO for the depart ments of Commerce and Labor was passed today by the house. It was the seventh of the 12 annual supply measures to be sent to the senate this season. Of the total. $18,5(10,000 is pro vided for the Commerce department and $6,800,000 for tho Labor depart ment'. The measure went through practically in the form in which it was reported by the appropriations committee.
