Several carloads of cattle, mostly

drew Trapp testified that Morgan
had been ftigaged in the business of
neddling whisky from the pockets of
his clothing near Fourteenth and
Douglas streets Saturday night.
According to the arresting officer,
be followed Morgan to a place on
Davenport street after he had seen
him receiving money from men in a
pool hall on Douglas street, and ar
rested him when he emerged from
the place and started for the main
part of town. When searched he
was found to have a pint of alleged
whisky.
