County Told to Supply Quarters For Muny Court Judge Upholds Law Entitling City Courts of County Seat To Space in Court House. Douglas county must furnish quar ters for t he Omaha municipal court. District Judge Troup ruled yester day.- Hii ruling came as the result of a petition for a writ of mandamus filed ' by the city to force the board of county commissioners 10 provide space in the court house for the 'municipal court, as provided by a ' Law Held Valid. v Judge Troup held that the law is : makes it the duty of cities to pro , vide quarters for the municipal court, except where the city is the county seat. Man Must Pay $5 Weekly For Support of Daughter Charles Foley must pay $5 a week for the support of his infant daugh ter, who lives with her mother, Rebecca Green, 3705 Jaynes street, if he would keep out of jail. This was the edict of District Judge Troup yesterday when Foley was brought before him, charged with violating his parole.
