For Box Car Thefts
Three youths were given hearings
on charges of box car thefts on the
South Side before United States
Comissioner Boehler yesterday.
Joe Spritzer, 18, pleaded guilty and
waived hearing. Dan Allen also con
fessed and was released on $1,000
bond until the grand jury meets.
Fritz Rupp, the third, gave $2,000
