Corn in Butler and Seward
Counties Best in History
The southeastern part of Ne
braska, particularly Seward and
Butler counties, has the biggest
corn crop in history, according to
C. C. Wilson, Omaha realtor, who
visited that section of the state last
week. . ,
Mr. Wilson says "that farmers
who have lived in Butler and Sew
ard counties for 40 years told him
their corn yield this year will be
the largest they have even seen."
Some of them told him, he said,
"that their corn will yield 100 bush
els an acre."
