Real Rough Policeman Slated to Wallop Jack Ml Be Murder New York, July 12. Well, they think they have found the boy who will knock Jack Dempsey lopsided if he is ever given the chance. This bird happens to be one Henry Dar neille, and for more than a year he has been keeping the country's capital in order as a member of the police force in Washington, D. C. According to the advance notices Henry is a real rough person, who scoffs at single-handed combats. His special dish is to have an entire town tear after him and mow them down then as fast as they come. Some one got fresh on the Fourth of July in the town of Capitol Heights, Md., and Henry just tip and wiped out the entire population of the place with his tare fists. We'll say that is going some and if Demp sey don't have a care, this fellow is likely to creep up on him and knock him for a row of tenements, with out the formality of signed articles or all the rot necessary before two men can get to fighting each other. There is a serious side to this same Darneille, also. Henry used to work for Uncle Sam in the Navy depart ment. but he got to knocking so Scribner.
