Forty-four of the 75 space for the second annual complete building show to be held at the Auditorium in January of next year, under the direction of Robert C. Mitchell and rC harle A. Franke have been pur chased and contracts signed. Other spaces will be sold in the near future while a few will be left open in definintely. . Practically every local exhibitors who participated in the April build ing snow has secured space, and in many instances additional room for the coming show. The activity in tha building of small homes through out the city and. surrounding towns is evidence that the show did ac complish .its. ptfrppse In the way of stimulating--the building industry. Architects aver the city report increasing demands for small ihome plans. ,, , .; .! "Last week persons contracted with me for 42 plans,": Everett S. Dodds, local architect, said yesterT day, "Building of small homes is increasing daily." Mr. Mitchell -will leave Omaha to day for Chicago where he will make additional investigation concerning the coming building show and will return to Omaha during the winter wim manv new pictus. . The firm started one house and sold it before the foundation was completed and will begin another house this week. "The amount of' building we will do," E. A.
