The Omaha Walking club will meet Sunday afternoon, 3:30 o clock, at the north end of the North Twenty-fourth street car line, east of Miller park. The walk will be east to the Mis souri river, thence north and north east along the east shore line, past the Metropolitan water plant, and into the kills northeast of the water plant, where a camp fire will be, built. Sla baugh. Mrs. Slabaugh, who is so loist at Dundee Presbyterian church, is the possessor of a contralto voice, of excellent range. The coming concert will be hell Monday evening, April 25, at the City auditorium. Mrs'. Slabaugh will sing "Spirit Flower," by Camp bell lipton, and the Kondci oi Spring," by Frank Bibb. She will be accompanied by Mrs. Maynu Vroman. The Fontenelle band, of whicn Capt A. A. Wedemeyer is director, will also appear on this program. : Another number will be the ap pearance of the Phi Rho Sigma or chestra of the University ot WeDras ka Colleee of Medicine.
