The extraordi nary commission to ; combat the counter revolutionary movement in soviet Russia recently refused to permit publication of speeches made by Nikolai Lenine, soviet premier, and also confiscated a pamphlet he wrote in which he is reported to have said he had .lost all hflpe for the revolution and that he was tired of it all. Reports of this censorship and confiscation reached Riga today from Moscow. Since oublication of the phamph- let, about a month ago, Lenine is declared to have been making stren uous efforts, however, to save Russia from chaos and anarchy by grant incr reforms. ' .
