Associated Press.) The extraordi
nary commission to ; combat the
counter revolutionary movement in
soviet Russia recently refused to
permit publication of speeches made
by Nikolai Lenine, soviet premier,
and also confiscated a pamphlet he
wrote in which he is reported to
have said he had .lost all hflpe for
the revolution and that he was tired
of it all.
Reports of this censorship and
confiscation reached Riga today
from Moscow.
Since oublication of the phamph-
let, about a month ago, Lenine is
declared to have been making stren
uous efforts, however, to save Russia
from chaos and anarchy by grant
incr reforms. ' .
Today's Moscow dispatches report
5till another concession, official per
mission to factory workers to make
articles to be traded individually
with the peasants for foodstuffs.
After May 1, all restrictions and
compulsory overtime in the fac
tories will be abolished, dispatches
say.

By Truck; Driver Is Arrested
While -, on her way home from
school at the Webster school house
yesterday, Margaret O'Bannon, 9,
913 North Twenty-seventh avenue,
was knocked to the pavement by a
dairy truck driven by Morris Han
sen, Eighty-fifth and Blondo streets.
The little girls suffered bruises
about the jaw, body and legs. She
was atttended by police surgeons
and taken home.
Hansen was arrested for reckless
driving.
Conference Is Postponed.
The conference of Kiwanis dis
trict trustees, which was to have
been held at the Rome hotel yester
day, has been postponed. The annual
convention of the Kiwanis clubs in
this district will be held in Omaha
sometime in October.
