Sane thinking means that we shall really inform ourselves as to the issues of the day, educational, industrial, so cial, political and that we shall in fuse our knowledge with high ideal ism along the lines of America's great traditions. We shall not be swept away by the confused half fledged judgments that prevail to day in many places. Consecrated action means that we shall not rest content with mere in formation, but shall regard our knowledge as the preparation for dipping deep into constructive serv ice. We are club women in order that our knowledge and our action shall be in large groups and there fore effective, instead of singly and therefore ineffective. Alice Ames Winter, President General Federa tion of Women's Clubs. ADVERTISEMENT TURN HAIR DARK WlTHSAGE TEA If Mixed with Sulphur It Dar kens So Naturally Nobody Can Tell The old-time mixture -of Sage Tea and Sulphur for darkening gray, streaked and faded hair is 1 grand mother's recipe, ind fblks are again using it to keep their hair a good, even color, which is quite sensi ble, as we are living in an age when a youthful appearance is of the greatest advantage. Nowadays, though, we don't have the troublesome task of gathering the sage and the mussy mixing at home. All drug stores , sell the rcady-to-use product, improved by the addition- of other ingredients, called "Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur Compound." It is very, popular, be cause nobody can discover it has been applied. Simply moisten your comb or a soft brush with it, and draw this through your hair, taking one small strand at a time; by morn ing the gray hair disappears, but what delights the ladies with Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur Com pound is that, besides beautifully darkening the hair after a few ap plications, it also produces that soft lustre and appearance of abundance which is so attractive Calendar SUNDAY.
