Out on West Center street road, just across from the government air mail field, is Graceland cafe, a fash ionable road house for . motoring parties. Mrs. William Forest, who serve; the $3 chicken dinners, says George A. Amos, manager of the Beacon Press, 319 South Happy Hollow boulevard, was one of her best tus tomers last summer. Highest of these is one item for $70 one dinner; Constable McBride cast his eyes down the list, made a grimance, and started on his way to serve the no tice. .
