Wentz Co. Hold Meeting in Lincoln Aurora, Neb., Jan. 7. (Special.) the rrprfitiors of the W. C. Wentz company, bankrupt, was held in Lincoln to decide whether the real estate holdings of the company shall be sold at this time. The principal part of- the real estate consists of vthe new bank building, which is nearly completed. It has a mortgage tor u.wv ana mechanics liens aggregating about $14,000. It was appraised at $30,000. Other real estate consists of one 80- acre tract and scattered lots -m Aurora Highlander Decision Expected January '17 Aurora. Neb., Jan. 7. (Special.) It is expected that the case of Charles ,H. Kenthron against the Royal Highlanders will be decided by Judge Good when he returns to Aurora January 17. This case in volves the validity of the so-called pioneer policies of ihe Highland ers, which called , for the payment of the face, of the policies. 10 per cent a year for 10 years, following 20 pavments. As there are about 1,700 of these policies iryexistrnce, most of them in Hamilton county, there is great public interest in this decision. - Aurora Christian Church Will Complete Building Aurora, Neb., Jan. 7. The two boys were drunk about the streets of Stock ham. Stockham said he made the cider for vinegar and'Qia not smp it because he though they would not get drunk. Mrs. John Smith suffered a fracture of both hips in a collision between a freight engine and the automobile in which she was riding.
