that the company turn over the plant
to the workers during the period ol
the shutdown announced last week.

Seeking More Member
Every employed girl or woman
in Omaha has been extended an in
vitation to join the Girls' Commun
ity league, which has headquarters
at Seveneenth and Harney streets.
The club offers courses in dramatic
art, gymnasium work, sewing and
cooking. It also offers an oppor
tunity for the girls to beat the high
cost of living by preparing their
own meals each everJSng. ,

declared themselves to be '"officers
of the law looking for booze." As
soon as Miller admitted therrt they
knocked him down and stole $45'
