ers abutting on alley between 48th Avenue
and 49th Street from Izard Street to Nich
olas Strret has heretofore been filed with
the City of Omaha, and
Whereas, Said property owners have in
and by eald petition waived any and alb
damages that may be occasioned by the
vacating of said alley; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN
CIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That alley between 4th Ave
nue and 49th Street from Iiard Street to '
Nicholas Street In the City of Omaha be,,
and the same is hereby, vacated; the City
of Omaha reserving the right, however, to
grant permits for the construction of pole
lines with the necessary lateral connec
tions along said alley and also the right
