Nutrition centers will be started next week in the pacific, Bancroft and Hawthorne schools, according to an announcement by Charlotte Townsend, supervisor of medical inspection in the public schools. The establishment of these three centers will mark the beginning of a new idea in public school health work here. The Children of these , tchools first will be weighed to de termine whether, they are, of normal or subnormal weights, according to a standard which has been accented as authoritative.
