Towl are paid $4,500 each par year. Each has a business into whuh he could step tomorrow if necessary with the exception of Mr. Butler. A. C. Arend, city engineer, is paid $400 a month and the city attorney, F. L, Weaver, is paid $300 per month Police Chief Paid $4,000. Marshal Ebersteiu and C. A. Salter, chiefs of the police and fire departments, respectively, are paid $4,000 each per year.
