Miss Pred pleaded that she had to go - away to school, but Judge Foster told her that she could change the date. Judge Foster said that this is her second offense and he was indignant when no complaining witnesses appeared. Miss Pred was arrested August 23, following a collision with M. Cunard, 2205 M street.
