Summer - Spoiled Skin
Removed by Absorption
" ' As undue summer exposure usually
leave an undesirable surface of ten, red
neat or roughness, often frecklee, too, the
sensible thin to do ie to remove auen
surface. There's nothing; better for this
than ordinary mercolixed wax, which
actually absorbs an unwholesome complexion.-
The thin layer of surface skin
is itself absorbed, gently, gradually, so
there's no inconvenience, no detention
indoors. Spread the wax lightly over
the entire face at bedtime and take It off
ia the morning with warm water. If
you wilt get one ounce of mercolised wax
at the drug store, use it for a week or so.
you may expect marked improvement
daily. When the underlying skin it wholly

of apotless purity and beautiful whiteness.
Don't let those summer wrinkles worry
you : worry breeds more wrinkles. . Banish
them by bathing the face in solution
of powdered saxolite. one ounce, dissolved
ia a half pint witch hazel. Used daily
for a while this will be found wonderfully
effective.

D0I1 SQUEEZE BLACK
HEADS DISSOLVE THEM
Squeezing and pinching out blackheads
make the pores large and cause irritation
then, too, after they have -become hard
you cannot get all of them out. Black
heads are caused by accumulations of
dust and dirt and secretions from the skin
and there is only one safe and sure way
and one that never fails to get rid of
them a simple way, toothat is to dis
solve them. Just get from any drug ttore
about two ounces of calonite powder
sprinkle a little on a hot, wet sponge
rub over the blackheads briskly for a
few seconds wash off and you'll be sur
prised to tee that - every blackhead hat
disappeared, and the skin will be left
toft and the pores in their natural con
dition anyone troubled with these un
sightly blemishes thould try this simple
method.
