Luce, chairman of the trustees of the Methodist hospital, Thirty-sih and Cuming streets, presented diplomas to 22 graduating I nurses at the twenty-suth annual commencement exercises held last night in the Trinity Methodist church, Twenty-first and Binney streets. Rev. J. H. Clemens delivered the principal address. Miss Eleanore Reed, superintendent of the train ing school, presented the graduating class to the donor of the diplomas. OMAHA Japanese Garden Party to Be Feature Of Fall Market Week Outdoor parties, a barbecue, spo cial celebration at the Ak-Sar-Den den, three dances, and a Japanese garden party are just a. few of the entertainment features being planned by the committee in charge of the Merchants Fall Market week, dates of which were et yesterday iot August 23 to 28.
