return to the Skinner company
13,000 shares of stock he fs alleged
to have received and a $200,000
cash bonus. They also demand the
court set aside a contract authoriz
ing Howe to buy ,10,000 shares of
Skinner company stock it $50 a
share, the par value being $100.
Attorneys have reported negotia
tions progressing favorably towards
settlement of troubles between
Howe and the Skinner officials.
