Kleutschy has brought an action in district court against Charles E. Wagner and the Domestic Engineering Co., claim ing $100,000 damages on account of the death of his (T-year-old daughter, Mary Irene, who was killed by an automobile, January 9. The father states in his petition that his daughter was "a beautiful child and was adjudged at a Chi cago baby show as being 100 per cent perfect, and 'by reason of un usual physical attainments, was in great demand for the movies." He also set forth the allegation that the child would have earned large amounts for her mother and father as a movie attraction. The Klentschy child was struck by an automobile while she was crossing Twenty-fourth street, be tween Mason and Leavenworth streets.
